These terms apply when you use the Wovall app or this website. By creating an account or using Wovall, you agree to them.
Wovall is a business management app for fashion designers: client and consultation records, measurements, quoting, production tracking, payments, content planning and reviews, in one place.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login secure. If you bring on an assistant, you decide exactly what they can see; we enforce those limits at the database level.
Wovall offers a free Starter plan and paid Studio and Pro plans, billed in Naira through Paystack, monthly or yearly. Every paid plan includes a real free trial, features are never crippled to force an upgrade. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Client records, measurements, quotes and content you create in Wovall belong to you. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't sell it. See our Privacy Policy for how it's stored and protected.
Wovall is built for running a fashion design business. Don't use it to send messages your clients haven't agreed to receive, to store data you don't have the right to hold, or to attempt to break or bypass the app's security.
Every client-facing message, whether a quote, an update or a review request, is a draft until you approve it. Wovall never sends on your behalf without that approval.
Wovall is provided as-is while we build and improve it. We work hard to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we can't promise the app will be error-free or uninterrupted at every moment. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by Nigerian law.
If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll let existing users know before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
