Wovall ("we", "us") builds the Wovall app and this website for Nigerian fashion designers. This policy explains what information we collect, how it's used, and how it's protected, both about you as a designer and about the clients you manage inside Wovall.
We use your data to run the app: storing your client records, generating quotes and invoices, tracking production, processing payments, sending WhatsApp updates you've approved, and generating content suggestions using AI tools. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to anyone.
Wovall relies on a small number of trusted service providers to run the app: Supabase (secure data storage), Paystack (payments), OpenAI (AI content and design suggestions), Resend (system emails), and WhatsApp/Meta (message delivery). Each only receives the specific data it needs to do its job.
Profit, cost and bank details inside Wovall are owner-only by default. This is enforced at the database level, not just hidden on a screen, so an assistant account can never see numbers the owner hasn't explicitly shared.
We keep your account and client data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, you can request deletion of your data, and we'll remove it except where we're required to keep records (for example, payment records) for a legal or accounting reason.
You can ask us, at any time, to see what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll handle it personally.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll let existing users know before the change takes effect.
